On December 31, a festive concert was held on the central square "Ala-Too".

In the best traditions of the citizens and guests, soloists, creative teams of the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth Work of the Moscow City Hall and national pop stars congratulated the New Year.

Bishkek Mayor Emilbek Abdikadyrov, Chairman of the Bishkek City Kenesh Kuvanychbek Kongantiev, deputy mayors, akims of districts and heads of city services came to celebrate the New Year 2023 on the main square together with the citizens and guests of the capital.

The culmination of the celebration was a colorful salute, which thundered at 00:00 hours.
