The Mayor of the capital Emilbek Abdikadyrov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baysalov inspected the heating points, which are organized for citizens and guests of the capital.

The points are provided with everything necessary for heating, as well as hot tea. There are a total of 12 tents in the city.

Heating points are located in Pervomaisky district:

- at the intersection of Razzakov and Kievskaya streets;
- at the Western Bus Station.

In the Oktyabrsky district:

- In the microdistrict No. 5 near the house, 1/1 at the intersection of Yunusaliev and Sukulov streets;
- In the microdistrict No. 12, near the House of Culture;
- In the Tunguch microdistrict, near the Globus supermarket.

In Leninsky district:

- Near the cinema "October" (west side);
- Near the Manas cinema;
- The south-western side of the Leninsky Akimat at the address: Chui Avenue No. 315.

In the Sverdlovsk region:

- in the residential district "Vostok-5" at the mini Arbat stop;
- in the park of the residential complex "Krasny Stroitel" on Belskaya Street (the final stop of bus No. 4);
- Also inside the Eastern Bus Station and the Asia shopping center at the Dordoi market.

The heating points were organized by the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek together with the Mayor's Office of the capital. Тhe Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek employees are on duty at each point around the clock.
