On January 18, 2023, a meeting is planned with the director of Beles Kay Zhi LLC, where previously raised issues will be discussed, after the successful completion of the bus test mode, the Department of Transport will resume work on the purchase of buses from Beles Kay Zhi LLC.

It should be noted that 120 new comfortable passenger buses will soon appear in the capital, with convenience for low-cost, modern design and environmentally friendly fuel at the expense of allocated funds of the local budget in the amount of 1 billion soms.

Earlier, a meeting of the members of the tender commission was held, following which the tender documentation was approved. The following companies have submitted applications for participation in the tender:

1. «YUTONG BUS»;
2. «GOLDEN DRAGON BUS»;
3. «BELES KG»;
4. «SHANGHAI SPV».

It should be noted that during the consideration of the bids, significant shortcomings were identified, all the bids of the participants were rejected by the decision of the tender commission, and the tender was declared invalid due to inconsistency with the terms of reference and the tender documentation.

The tender was re-announced by an unlimited procurement method with a period of 7 calendar days. The same 4 companies applied for participation in the tender, since all participants did not meet the competitive and technical requirements, the tender commission recognized the competition as not taking place.

On June 16, 2022, the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office and Beles Key Zhi LLC signed a memorandum of intent.

In the course of carrying out certain works on the implementation of the Memorandum, LLC “Beles Key Zhi” raised the issue of providing 1 unit of a bus for temporary testing in the city of Bishkek.

In addition, it was decided to purchase buses by the direct conclusion of the contract. During the monitoring and study of commercial offers, the company “ZONGTONG” provided a price 20% lower for one unit compared to other participants.

In this connection, on August 15, 2022, a contract for the supply of buses in the amount of 120 units was concluded between the buyer, represented by Director A. Temikeev and the supplier, represented by Director Zhu Yoghu.

To date, according to the terms of the contract, the first batch of buses in the amount of 20 units has arrived in Bishkek, meeting all the requirements of the technical specification for a gas engine, with conditions for persons with disabilities, the rest of the buses will arrive in the near future.
