The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek Mayor's Office continues to track down violators of the rules of improvement.

Vehicles owned by the technical operator Vega Operating Company LLP, which detects violations of traffic rules, were fined for improper parking.

In the residential area "Kok-Zhar" on April 7, 17, the driver of the car damaged plantings in the green zone. Thus, a protocol was drawn up in respect of "Vega Operating Company" under Article 179, Part 2 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine amounted to 17,000 soms. But the driver of the vehicle refused to accept the protocol.

As part of their official duties, the inspectors went to the head office of "Vega Operating Company" at 100 Karasayeva Street in order to hand over the official document. However, the head of the company N.A.Sh. and other employees again refused to accept the protocol. The municipal inspection staff drew up an act on the spot.

As a result, the protocol was sent to "Vega Operating Company" by mail. It should be noted that the company does not agree with the violation, the protocol was sent for consideration of the administrative commission.
