During the holidays, the production and operational management of "Bishkekvodokanal" received 297 applications from citizens.

Of these, 48 applications were received on sanitation issues, 45 were completed, 3 are in progress.

54 applications have been received on water supply issues, 48 have been completed, 6 are in progress.

On the issues of intra–house networks – 129, completed - 116 applications.

66 applications were received by the dispatcher service on duty, 64 accidents were eliminated, 2 were in operation.

The dispatcher of the water utility accepts specialized applications regarding water leakage on the street, absence in residential facilities, planned shutdowns, low pressure, operation of water columns, water quality, as well as repair of sewers and sewer wells.

It should be noted that according to paragraph 3.1 of Chapter 3 of the Rules of Water Use and Sanitation of the city of Bishkek, the boundary of operational responsibility between the subscriber and the PES "Bishkekvodokanal" is specified in the contract and in all cases the time of maintenance in proper technical condition of the water supply and sewer networks owned (owned) by the subscriber is borne by the subscriber himself.
