Pervomayskiy administration according to the appeal of the Department of Internal Affairs in order to prevent and suppress possible mass riots, as well as guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On peaceful assemblies" applied to the district court with the application for temporary extension of the limitations of places for demonstrations.

The court of the Pervomaisky district recognized as lawful the decision of the akimiat to restrict the places of peaceful assemblies and rallies held in the Ala-Too Square and adjacent to it Erkindik Boulevard from Lineynaya Street to Chui Avenue in Bishkek. Chui of Bishkek city, as well as near the buildings of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the adjacent Panfilov Park, the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the territory of the T. Tursunbaeva Square, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Embassy of the Russian Federation, the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the exception of state and municipal official events held in Ala-Too Square.

These restrictions came into force and will be in effect from April 1 to June 30, 2024 (included).

It should be noted that all meetings and demonstrations should be held in the square named after M. Gorkiy square at the intersection of Ryskulov and N. Isanov streets.
